After the registration of an intellectual property right, maintenance fees are to be paid (for example annual maintenance fees, renewal fees etc.) to the respective intellectual property office and within various deadlines. We monitor for you all the deadlines and remind you of the payment of your maintenance fees or pay the fees directly on your behalf.
In order to prevent an infringement of your trademark right by third parties, we can offer you a service that monitors newly filed identical or similar trademarks after registration of your trademark. We will inform you on similar or identical trademarks in order to be able to file an opposition against the new registered trademarks.
